general al Trezoreriei Statului si a contului de executie al bugetului
Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2006

ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 493 din 24 iulie 2007
In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi al art. 13 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr.
146/2002 privind formarea şi utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria
statului, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 201/2003, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bilanţul general al Trezoreriei
Statului, încheiat la data de 31 decembrie 2006, care cuprinde atât în activ,
cât şi în pasiv suma de 76.105.797.449 lei, prevăzut în anexa nr. 1.
Art. 2. - Se aprobă contul de execuţie al bugetului
Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2006, care cuprinde la venituri suma de
430.462.972 lei şi la cheltuieli suma de 177.916.112 lei şi un excedent curent
în sumă de 252.546.860 lei, prevăzut în anexa nr. 2.
Art. 3. -Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din
prezenta hotărâre.
