HOTARARE   Nr. 1030 din 19 septembrie 2002

pentru modificarea si completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.075/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Integrarii Europene

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 716 din  2 octombrie 2002

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.075/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Integrarii Europene, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 701 din 5 noiembrie 2001, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. La articolul 3, dupa litera f) se introduce litera f^1) cu urmatorul cuprins:
    "f^1) asigura managementul tehnic si financiar pentru proiectele din cadrul Acordului privind programul de cooperare economica pe cinci ani incheiat intre Guvernul Romaniei si Guvernul Republicii Elene."
    2. Alineatul (3) al articolului 9 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "(3) Numarul maxim de posturi este de 130, exclusiv demnitarii si posturile aferente cabinetelor ministrilor."
    3. Anexa nr. 1 se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa la prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Prezenta hotarare intra in vigoare la data de 1 ianuarie 2003.
    Art. 3
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.075/2001, cu modificarile si completarile aduse prin prezenta hotarare, va fi republicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, dandu-se textelor o noua numerotare.
