În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă plata contribuţiei voluntare, în lei, a României la Organizaţia Internaţională a Francofoniei, în anul 2012, în sumă totală de 130 mii lei, pentru derularea Planului multianual de formare în limba franceză a funcţionarilor din administraţia publică română. Articolul 2Suma necesară plăţii contribuţiei prevăzute la art. 1 se suportă din fondurile aprobate cu această destinaţie în bugetul Ministerului Afacerilor Externe pe anul 2012.
