Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul I Legea apelor nr. 107/1996, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 244 din 8 octombrie 1996, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 21 alineatul (1), litera d) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: d)reducerea progresivă a poluării datorate substanţelor prioritare şi încetarea sau eliminarea treptată a evacuărilor şi a pierderilor de substanţe prioritar periculoase, în conformitate cu Lista substanţelor prioritare în domeniul apei, prevăzută în anexa nr. 5; 2. La articolul 212 , după litera c) se introduce o nouă literă, litera d), cu următorul cuprins: d)actualizarea periodică, prin hotărâre a Guvernului, a Listei substanţelor prioritare în domeniul apei prevăzute în anexa nr. 5, precum şi a normelor de calitate prevăzute la lit. b). 3. 1 Nr. CAS: număr atribuit de «Chemical Abstract Service». 2 Nr. EC: Inventarul european al substanţelor chimice existente (EINECS) sau lista europeană a substanţelor chimice notificate (ELINCS). 3 Atunci când un grup de substanţe a fost selectat, se menţionează un reprezentant tipic al acestui grup, cu titlu de parametru indicativ (între paranteze şi fără număr). Pentru aceste grupuri de substanţe, parametrul indicativ trebuie definit prin metoda analitică. 4 Aceste grupe de substanţe includ, în general, un număr mare de compuşi individuali. Pentru moment, nu pot fi oferiţi parametri indicativi adecvaţi. 5 Numai difenileter, derivat pentabromurat (nr. CAS 32534-81-9). 6 Fluorantenul figurează pe listă ca indicator al altor hidrocarburi aromatice policiclice mai periculoase. Articolul II (1) Lista substanţelor prioritare, prevăzută în tabelul 1 din anexa nr. 1 „Lista de substanţe prioritare şi poluanţi specifici“ la Programul de măsuri împotriva poluării cu substanţe chimice, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 351/2005, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 428 din 20 mai 2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se abrogă. (2) Toate prevederile din Programul de măsuri împotriva poluării cu substanţe chimice, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 351/2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, referitoare la substanţe prioritare, au în vedere lista substanţelor prioritare prevăzută în tabelul 3 din anexa nr. 2 „Valori-limită de emisie în ape de suprafaţă şi standarde de calitate de mediu (SCM)“ la respectivul program.* Prezenta lege transpune Directiva 2000/60/CE a Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului din 23 octombrie 2000 de stabilire a unui cadru de politică comunitară în domeniul apei, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Comunităţilor Europene, seria L, nr. 327 din 22 decembrie 2000, cu modificările ulterioare, Directiva 2007/60/CE a Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului din 23 octombrie 2007 privind evaluarea şi gestionarea riscurilor la inundaţii, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene, seria L, nr. 288 din 6 noiembrie 2007, cu modificările ulterioare, precum şi anexa II la Directiva 2008/105/CE a Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului din 16 decembrie 2008 privind standardele de calitate a mediului în domeniul apei, de modificare şi de abrogare a Directivelor 82/176/CEE, 83/513/CEE, 84/156/CEE, 84/491/CEE, 86/280/CEE ale Consiliului şi de modificare a Directivei 2000/60/CE, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene, seria L, nr. 348 din 24 decembrie 2008, cu modificările ulterioare, care modifică anexa X la Directiva 2000/60/CE. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, în condiţiile art. 77 alin. (2), cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
