În temeiul art. 7 alin. (3) lit. f) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 24/2011 privind unele măsuri în domeniul evaluării bunurilor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 99/2013, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Conferinţa naţională a Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă numirea ca membri ai Comisiei de etică şi disciplină a Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România a persoanelor prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Mandatul membrilor Comisiei de etică şi disciplină menţionaţi la art. 1 va fi exercitat începând cu data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri. Articolul 3 Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.Preşedintele Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România,Sorin Adrian PetreANEXĂCOMISIA DE ETICĂ ŞI DISCIPLINĂ a Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România Membri titulari 1.
