privind unele masuri de informare a consumatorilor

    Secretarul de stat, presedintele Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor,
    in temeiul art. 1 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 21/1992 privind protectia consumatorilor, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si in baza dispozitiilor art. 3 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 166/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor,
    emite prezentul ordin.

    Art. 1
    (1) Pentru buna informare a consumatorilor si pentru a le da acestora posibilitatea sa isi exprime opinia cu privire la produsele si serviciile care sunt puse la dispozitie de agentii economici este obligatorie afisarea la loc vizibil in spatiul de comercializare sau, dupa caz, de prestare a serviciilor a unei plachete cu numarul de telefon TELCONS (telefonul consumatorului - apel gratuit) 01-80.80.999, precum si adresa si numarul de telefon ale oficiilor judetene pentru protectia consumatorilor, respectiv ale Oficiului Municipiului Bucuresti pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, in a carui raza teritoriala se afla agentul economic.
    (2) Adresele si numerele de telefon ale oficiilor judetene pentru protectia consumatorilor, respectiv adresa si numarul de telefon ale Oficiului Municipiului Bucuresti pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, sunt prevazute in anexa nr. 1 la prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Placheta prevazuta la art. 1 va fi realizata prin grija agentului economic, conform modelului prezentat in anexa nr. 2 la prezentul ordin.
    Art. 3
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
