    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 3 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 126/2000 privind continuarea realizarii Unitatii 2 din cadrul obiectivului de investitii "Centrala Nuclearoelectrica Cernavoda - 5x700 MW", publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 430 din 2 septembrie 2000, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr. 335/2001, se completeaza cu alineatul (4) cu urmatorul cuprins:
    "(4) In perioada 2001 - 2004 Regia Autonoma pentru Activitati Nucleare poate livra la export apa grea la preturi promotionale."
