Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - Se ratifică Acordul internaţional privind esenţele de lemn tropical din 2006, adoptat la Geneva la 27 ianuarie 2006 şi deschis spre semnare la 3 aprilie 2006, semnat de Guvernul României la New York la 25 septembrie 2008.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
