În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul IHotărârea Guvernului nr. 934/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Maramureş, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Maramureş, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 665 şi 665 bis din 9 septembrie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La anexa nr. 2 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al municipiului Baia Mare“, la poziţia nr. 25, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Clădire Centru de zi pensionari şi teren aferent“, iar coloana nr. 4 va avea următorul cuprins: „Amenajare CT 18, suprafaţă construcţie = 294 mp, suprafaţă teren = 871 mp, teren identificat prin CF nr. 6812 Baia Mare, nr. topo. 653/2/2, 654/2/1“. 2. La anexa nr. 7 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al oraşului Seini“, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“: a)se modifică următoarele poziţii:– la poziţia 126212, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „L = 450 m, l = 6 m“; – la poziţia 126213, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „L = 2.300 m, l = 8 m“;– la poziţia 126234, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „L = 420 m, l = 9 m“;– la poziţia 126240, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „L = 1.800 m, l = 6 m“;– la poziţia 126252, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „L = 1.950 m, l = 8 m“; b)după poziţia nr. 126271 se introduce o nouă poziţie, poziţia nr. 126272, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1.3. Anexa nr. 36 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Groşi“ se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa nr. 3. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
