privind alocarea unor sume din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului pe anul 2002 in vederea finantarii lucrarilor la unele obiective turistice

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei, ale art. 20 din Legea nr. 72/1996 privind finantele publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, precum si ale art. 21 lit. a) din Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2002 nr. 743/2001,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba alocarea din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului pe anul 2002 a sumei de 35,5 miliarde lei in vederea finantarii lucrarilor la unele obiective turistice prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Cu suma prevazuta la art. 1 se suplimenteaza sumele defalcate din impozitul pe venit pentru echilibrarea bugetelor locale pe anul 2002.
    Art. 3
    Utilizarea sumei prevazute la art. 1 se face de catre ordonatorii principali de credite, potrivit dispozitiilor legale.
    Art. 4
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor Publice sa introduca modificarile corespunzatoare in volumul si in structura bugetului de stat pe anul 2002.
