În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC La anexa nr. 57 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Săcălăşeni" la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 934/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Maramureş, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Maramureş, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 665 şi 665 bis din 9 septembrie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, după poziţia 20 se introduc trei noi poziţii, poziţiile 21-23, conform anexei la prezenta hotărâre.
