HOTARARE   Nr. 416 din 10 aprilie 2003

privind aprobarea repartizarii sumei de 50 miliarde lei de la bugetul de stat pe anul 2003, destinata finantarii unor cheltuieli pentru protejarea patrimoniului genetic al animalelor, precum si stabilirea numarului de animale pentru care se acorda aceasta suma

    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie si al art. 4 din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 33/2000 privind finantarea de la bugetul de stat a unor masuri pentru protejarea patrimoniului genetic al animalelor, aprobata prin Legea nr. 362/2001,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba repartizarea pe specii, rase si linii a sumei de 50 miliarde lei, alocata de la bugetul de stat pe anul 2003 in bugetul Ministerului Agriculturii, Alimentatiei si Padurilor, destinata finantarii cheltuielilor pentru intretinerea, conservarea si perpetuarea patrimoniului genetic al animalelor, precum si numarul de animale pentru care se acorda aceasta suma, potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Sumele alocate in conditiile prezentei hotarari vor fi utilizate cu respectarea prevederilor Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 33/2000 privind finantarea de la bugetul de stat a unor masuri pentru protejarea patrimoniului genetic al animalelor, aprobata prin Legea nr. 362/2001, precum si ale normelor metodologice de aplicare a acesteia, aprobate prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.037/2000.
