În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul IHotărârea Guvernului nr. 934/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Maramureş, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Maramureş, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 665 şi 665 bis din 9 septembrie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează: 1. În anexa nr. 29 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Coroieni“, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, după poziţia nr. 18 se introduc două noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 19 şi 20, potrivit anexei nr. 1. 2. În anexa nr. 47 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Recea“, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, după poziţia nr. 42 se introduc două noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 43 şi 44, potrivit anexei nr. 2. Articolul IIAnexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
