    In temeiul prevederilor art. 10 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba trecerea din domeniul public al statului in domeniul privat al statului a imobilelor situate in strainatate, aflate in administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba vanzarea prin Ministerul Afacerilor Externe, in conditiile legii, a imobilelor trecute in domeniul privat al statului conform prevederilor art. 1.
