    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea imobilului situat in municipiul Oradea, str. Dunarii nr. 2, judetul Bihor, proprietate publica a statului, compus din constructie si terenul aferent, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Ministerului de Interne in administrarea Consiliului Judetean Bihor.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se face prin protocol incheiat intre cele doua parti, in termen de 30 de zile de la data publicarii prezentei hotarari in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
