In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 20 din Legea nr. 590/2003 privind tratatele,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Se aprobă Protocolul celei de-a cincea reuniuni a Comisiei mixte româno-ungare, semnat la Eger la 26 octombrie 2007, pentru aplicarea prevederilor Acordului dintre Guvernul României şi Guvernul Republicii Ungare privind cooperarea în domeniul protecţiei mediului, semnat la Bucureşti la 26 mai 1997, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.050/2000.
