    Fondul de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar aduce la cunostinta Lista institutiilor de credit ai caror deponenti beneficiaza de garantarea rambursarii depozitelor constituite la acestea, in conditiile si limitele prevazute de Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 39/1996, republicata, modificata si completata prin Legea nr. 178/2004.
