    Consiliul de administratie al Fondului de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar aduce la cunostinta lista institutiilor de credit ai caror deponenti beneficiaza de garantarea rambursarii depozitelor constituite la acestea, in conditiile si in limitele prevazute de Ordonanta Guvernului Romaniei nr. 39/1996, republicata, modificata si completata prin Legea nr. 178 din 17 mai 2004.
