Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale resurse umane şi certificare nr. C.V. 4.454 din 1 octombrie 2012,în temeiul dispoziţiilor Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 18/2009 privind organizarea şi finanţarea rezidenţiatului, aprobată prin Legea nr. 103/2012, şi ale Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ministrul sănătăţii emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1(1) Cuantumul taxei pentru participarea la concursul de rezidenţiat pe post şi pe loc în medicină, medicină dentară şi farmacie, sesiunea 25 noiembrie 2012, se stabileşte la suma de 500 lei (RON)/participant.(2) Taxa se va plăti în contul IBAN nr. RO85TREZ7005003XXX000092, CUI 4266456, DTMB (Direcţia de Trezorerie a Municipiului Bucureşti), beneficiar Ministerul Sănătăţii, adresa: str. Cristian Popişteanu nr. 1-3, sectorul 1, municipiul Bucureşti, cod 010024. Articolul 2(1) Sumele încasate din plata taxelor se fac venit la bugetul Ministerului Sănătăţii şi se utilizează pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor de personal şi materiale necesare susţinerii concursului de rezidenţiat.(2) Din sumele încasate o cotă de maximum 80% se va repartiza universităţilor de medicină şi farmacie din Bucureşti, Craiova, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi, Târgu Mureş şi Timişoara, în vederea acoperirii cheltuielilor ocazionate de organizarea concursului de rezidenţiat.(3) Repartizarea sumelor între universităţi se va face proporţional cu numărul de candidaţi care susţin concursul în centrul universitar respectiv şi nota de calcul estimativ privind cheltuielile ocazionate de organizarea concursului de rezidenţiat, însuşită sub semnătură de rector.(4) Ministerul Sănătăţii va încheia contracte cu universităţile de medicină şi farmacie prevăzute la alin. (2), contracte pe baza cărora se stabilesc atât obligaţiile şi responsabilităţile părţilor, cât şi sumele ocazionate de cheltuielile de organizare şi desfăşurare suportate din taxa de înscriere la concurs. Articolul 3Direcţia generală resurse umane şi certificare şi Direcţia generală economică din Ministerul Sănătăţii, respectiv universităţile de medicină şi farmacie din Bucureşti, Craiova, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi, Târgu Mureş şi Timişoara vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. camatarilor!!!! nu v-ajunge ca ati taiat pensii si salarii, acum nu mai stiti pe ce sa mai luati bani. Bine ce nu avem taxa si la numarul de pasi efectuati pana in sala de ex. Nu mai aveti bani de vile si de masini si v-ati gandit sa mai mariti si taxa de rezidentiat. Sa nu va mai mirati de ce plecam din tara. Daca voi aveti bani nu mai credeti la cei saraci. este absolut strigator la cer. Asa ne incurajeaza ei sa ramanem in tara? mai mult de jumatate din primul nostru salar (care si asa e mult prea mic)e aceasta taxa.

ajunge si la mai mult de 1000 lei.trebuie de 2 ori sa mergem in centrul respectiv.din bv in craiova de ex e mult de mers,2 nopti de cazare,bani benzina/tren,poate mai si mananci ceva...si urmatoarea saptamana 1 noapte cazare , drum dus intors...

asta inseamna ca un examen de rezidentiat ajunge la 1000 ron pentru cei care nu sunt din orasul unde e centru de sustinere a examenului...drum, cazare, masa...sunt familii care supravietuiesc o luna cu banii astia. si poate unii dintre parintii nostri nu au acest salariu, ce sa mai vorbesc de pensii. halal tara

muuulta lume, putini oameni ! ar trebui noi, ca si studenti sa inghetam examenul. asa este, nu mai suntem in evul mediu, sa ne razvratim ca taxele sunt prea mari. acum avem si noi drepturi, am fost consultati cu privire la cuantumul adoptat, si am fost de acord cu el. saaau nu? pai taxa e jumate din leafa pe o luna a unui chirurg rezident? adica 10 zile cineva se trezeste de la 5 am, mananca pe apucate si sta in spital pana seara, ca sa castige cat castiga statul printr-o semnatura? asa e ca viata e nedreapta? aviz camatarilor ! studentii de la medicina au nevoie de 5 "bulioane". pardon, nu mai sunt studenti, sunt "doctor-medici".
