    In temeiul art. 1 alin. (3) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.063/2003 pentru aprobarea volumului maxim de masa lemnoasa care poate fi recoltata in anul 2004,
    in baza prevederilor art. 11 alin. (6) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 739/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Padurilor, Apelor si Mediului,

    ministrul agriculturii, padurilor, apelor si mediului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba repartizarea pe judete a volumului maxim de masa lemnoasa pe picior care poate fi recoltata in anul 2004 din padurile proprietate publica a unitatilor administrativ-teritoriale, prevazuta in anexa nr. 1.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba repartizarea pe judete a volumului maxim de masa lemnoasa pe picior care poate fi recoltata in anul 2004 din padurile proprietate privata a persoanelor fizice si a persoanelor juridice de drept privat, prevazuta in anexa nr. 2.
    Art. 3
    Se aproba repartizarea pe judete a volumului maxim de masa lemnoasa pe picior care poate fi recoltata in anul 2004 din vegetatia forestiera situata pe terenuri din afara fondului forestier national, prevazuta in anexa nr. 3.
    Art. 4
    Anexele nr. 1 - 3 fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 5
    Repartizarea pe detinatori a volumelor maxime de masa lemnoasa pe picior prevazute in anexele nr. 1, 2 si 3 se aproba de catre structurile teritoriale abilitate ale Ministerului Agriculturii, Padurilor, Apelor si Mediului, pe baza fundamentarii realizate prin analiza si prelucrarea datelor din amenajamentele silvice, studiile sumare de amenajare si studiile de transformare a pasunilor impadurite, aprobate de autoritatea publica centrala care raspunde de silvicultura sau pe baza hotararilor Conferintei a II-a de amenajare, pentru amenajamentele silvice neavizate.
    Art. 6
    Directia de regim silvic, impreuna cu structurile teritoriale abilitate din cadrul Ministerului Agriculturii, Padurilor, Apelor si Mediului, controleaza respectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin.
    Art. 7
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
