    Presedintele Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale,
    avand in vedere:
    - Legea petrolului nr. 134/1995;
    - Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.265/1996 privind aprobarea Normelor metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii petrolului nr. 134/1995;
    - solicitarile persoanelor juridice adresate Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 221/1995 privind organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    emite urmatorul ordin:
