    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    Art. 1
    Se scutesc de la plata drepturilor de import bunurile achizitionate dintr-un credit extern nerambursabil acordat de Ministerul Federal pentru Afaceri Externe din Republica Austria pentru finantarea proiectului "Geothermie Calimanesti" din orasul Calimanesti, judetul Valcea, in limita unui contingent tarifar valoric de 14.600.000 silingi austrieci.
    Art. 2
    Prevederile prezentei ordonante de urgenta se aplica pana la data de 31 decembrie 2001 inclusiv.
