ORDONANTA DE URGENTA   Nr. 7 din 11 ianuarie 2001

privind unele masuri pentru accelerarea si finalizarea procesului de privatizare a societatilor comerciale din turism

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    Art. 1
    Pentru accelerarea si finalizarea procesului de privatizare societatile comerciale din turism la care statul este actionar majoritar, prevazute in anexa nr. 1, precum si societatile comerciale la care statul detine pozitie de control, prevazute in anexa nr. 2, se transfera de la Autoritatea pentru Privatizare si Administrarea Participatiilor Statului la Ministerul Turismului.
    Art. 2
    Ministerul Turismului, ca institutie publica implicata, va exercita toate competentele privind procesul de privatizare si toate drepturile ce decurg din calitatea de actionar in numele statului la aceste societati comerciale.
    Art. 3
    Societatile comerciale prevazute in anexa nr. 2 vor fi privatizate cu asistenta Autoritatii pentru Privatizare si Administrarea Participatiilor Statului.
    Art. 4
    Prevederile art. 2 sunt aplicabile si societatilor comerciale la care statul va deveni actionar dupa intrarea in vigoare a prezentei ordonante de urgenta.
    Art. 5
    Anexele nr. 1 si 2 fac parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.
