In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. -Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.659/2008 privind transmiterea unor imobile, proprietate publică a statului, din administrarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale în administrarea Ministerului Culturii şi Cultelor, pentru Mănăstirea Putna din cadrul Arhiepiscopiei Sucevei şi Rădăuţilor, judeţul Suceava, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 857 din 19 decembrie 2008, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
