    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se autoriza Ministerul Economiei si Finantelor sa garanteze rambursarea creditului ce se va contracta in anul 1991 de catre Societatea comerciala "Metroul" - S.A. cu Banca Romana pentru Dezvoltare in valoare totala de 1400 mil. lei, incepand cu anul 1993, din fondurile bugetare ce se vor pune la dispozitia acestei societati in conditiile legii.
    Valoarea efectiva a creditului va fi actualizata in functie de influentele liberalizarii preturilor.
    Rambursarea creditului se va face cu anticipatie in cazul solutionarii problemei de finantare a investitiilor privind realizarea lucrarilor de metrou si din alte resurse.
    Art. 2
    Creditul va fi utilizat in completarea resurselor bugetare alocate in anii 1991 si 1992 pentru executarea Magistralei IV de metrou, iar dobanzile aferente vor fi suportate din economii la devizul general al investitiei.
