HOTARARE   Nr. 1345 din 27 noiembrie 2002
pentru stabilirea modelului si continutului cererii de inregistrare si ale
certificatului de inregistrare a comerciantului
ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:            MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 903 din 12 decembrie 2002

    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie si al art. 3 alin. (13) din Ordonanta
de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 76/2001 privind simplificarea unor formalitati
administrative pentru inregistrarea si autorizarea functionarii comerciantilor,
republicata, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 1
    Se aproba modelul si continutul cererii de inregistrare a comerciantului,
prevazute in anexa nr. 1.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba modelul si continutul certificatului de inregistrare a
comerciantului, inclusiv ale anexei la acesta, prevazute in anexa nr. 2.
    Art. 3
    Anexele nr. 1 si 2 fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 4
    Pe data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari se abroga Hotararea
Guvernului nr. 572/2002 pentru stabilirea modelului si continutului cererii de
inregistrare si ale certificatului de inregistrare a comerciantului, publicata
in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 413 din 14 iunie 2002.
