ACT PUBLICAT ÎN MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 813 din 25 august 2021 În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 79 alin. (11) din Legea educaţiei fizice şi sportului nr. 69/2000, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă desfiinţarea imobilului Ştrand municipal, situat în municipiul Baia Mare, str. Câmpul Tineretului nr. 1, judeţul Maramureş, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexă, în vederea realizării obiectivului de investiţii „Complex socio-cultural-sportiv şi de agrement" pe acelaşi amplasament, finanţat din fondurile bugetare ale Primăriei Municipiului Baia Mare, prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2 Terenul eliberat în urma desfiinţării este destinat exclusiv în vederea realizării obiectivului de investiţii prevăzut la art. 1. Câmpul Tineretului nr. 1, judeţul Maramureş, propus pentru desfiinţare, în vederea realizării obiectivului de investiţii „Complex socio-cultural-sportiv şi de agrement" pe acelaşi amplasament

Are în componenţă o încăpere; C3 - grup sanitar, suprafaţă construită la sol 40 mp, construit în anul 1957 din: fundaţie beton, pereţi cărămidă, acoperiş azbociment. Are în componenţă două încăperi; C4 - cămin, cantină pentru sportivi, suprafaţă construită la sol 459 mp, construit în anul 1957 din: fundaţie piatră, pereţi cărămidă şi piatră, şarpantă din lemn, acoperiş „onduline". Are în componenţă 2 holuri, bucătărie, cămară de alimente, sală de mese, magazie de alimente, magazie de lenjerie, sală de şedinţe, birou, 11 camere, centrală termică, baie cu duşuri, 2 toalete; C5 - sală sport, construcţie S + P + E, suprafaţă construită la sol 1.238 mp, construită în anul 1961 şi P adăugat în anul 1970. Toată construcţia a fost realizată din: fundaţia din beton, pereţii din cărămidă, acoperită cu planşeu din beton izolat cu carton asfaltat. Partea construcţiei S + P + E are în componenţă: în subsol centrală termică; la parter sală de jocuri, 4 vestiare, 2 toalete cu duşuri; la etaj: sală de forţă, vestiar, toaletă cu duş. Partea construcţiei P are o încăpere, sală de box; C6 - sală tir, suprafaţă construită la sol 124 mp, construită în anul 1955 din: fundaţie beton, pereţi cărămidă, şarpantă lemn, acoperiş azbociment. Are în componenţă: hol, sală de tir şi magazie; C7 - bazin mare 50 m, suprafaţă construită la sol 1.004 mp, construit în anul 1957 din beton; C8 - bazin mijlociu, suprafaţă construită la sol 754 mp, construit în anul 1957 din beton; C9 - bazin mic, suprafaţă construită la sol 210 mp, construit în anul 1957 din beton; C10 - bazin iniţiere, suprafaţă construită la sol 102 mp, construit în anul 1957 din beton; C11 - alei, trepte, rigole de spălare, platforme betonate, suprafaţă construită la sol 2.999 mp, construite în anul 1957; C12 - alee cu asfalt, suprafaţă construită la sol 1.357 mp, construită în anul 1957; C13 - parcare alei, platforme betoane, suprafaţă construită la sol 922 mp, construite în anul 1954; C14 - teren handbal, suprafaţă construită la sol 1.104 mp, construit în anul 1961, suprafaţă acoperită cu asfalt; C15 - teren volei şi tenis, suprafaţă construită la sol 832 mp, construit în anul 1955, cu suprafaţa acoperită cu nisip şi zgură; C16 - alee beton, suprafaţă construită la sol 235 mp, construită în anul 1955; CF nr. 116714 |
