    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 7 alin. (1) si (2) din Legea nr. 70/1991 privind alegerile locale, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se stabileste data de 17 iunie 2001 pentru organizarea si desfasurarea alegerilor de primari in circumscriptiile electorale prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Scrutinul pentru alegerile partiale de primari din data de 17 iunie 2001 are numarul de ordine 9 in cartea de alegator.
