    In conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 57 alin. (1) lit. e) din Legea audiovizualului nr. 504/2002,

    Consiliul National al Audiovizualului decide:

    Avand in vedere renuntarea la activitatea pentru care au primit licenta de emisie, acordata in conformitate cu Legea nr. 48/1992, in prezent abrogata, se retrag la cerere licentele de emisie urmatoarelor societati comerciale:
