In temeiul prevederilor art. 2
alin. (3) din Legea nr. 292/2002 privind stabilirea modalităţii de aprobare a
bugetelor de venituri şi cheltuieli ale institutelor naţionale de
Cercetare-dezvoltare, ale art. 24 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr.
57/2002 privind cercetarea ştiinţifică şi dezvoltarea tehnologică, aprobată cu
modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 324/2003, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, ale art. 1 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr.
1/2007 privind aprobarea bugetelor de venituri şi cheltuieli ale unităţilor din
subordinea, coordonarea sau sub autoritatea ministerelor, celorlalte organe de
specialitate ale administraţiei publice centrale, precum şi a autorităţilor
publice centrale, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 176/2007,
cu modificările ulterioare, ale art. 10 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr.
361/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Dezvoltării,
Lucrărilor Publice şi Locuinţelor,
ministrul dezvoltării, lucrărilor publice si
locuinţelor şi ministrul economiei si finanţelor emit
următorul ordin:
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli
pe anul 2007 al Institutului Naţional de Cercetare-Dezvoltare în Construcţii şi
Economia Construcţiilor - ÎNCERC Bucureşti, care funcţionează în coordonarea
Ministerului Dezvoltării, Lucrărilor Publice şi Locuinţelor, prevăzut în anexa
care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2. - Cheltuielile totale
aferente veniturilor totale înscrise în bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli
prevăzut la art. 1 reprezintă limitele maxime, ce nu pot fi depăşite decât în
cazuri justificate, cu
aprobarea Ministerului Dezvoltării, Lucrărilor Publice şi Locuinţelor şi a
Ministerului Economiei şi Finanţelor.
Art. 3. - Nerespectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin
atrage răspunderea contravenţională în condiţiile legii.
Art. 4. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
Art. 5. - Institutul Naţional de Cercetare-Dezvoltare
în Construcţii şi Economia Construcţiilor - ÎNCERC Bucureşti va duce la
îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

nucleu, sunt in suma de 5.129 mii lei, incheiate pana la data de 23.07.2007, iar cele realizate din contracte incheiate cu ordonatorii
principali de credite care finanţează programe si proiecte din planurile
sectoriale sunt in suma de - mii lei.
**) Câştigul mediu lunar pe salariat este calculat fara
influenta sumelor prevăzute pentru plata indemnizaţiilor membrilor Consiliului
de Administraţie si drepturilor salariale ale directorului general.
