Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare nr. 45.488/G.C. din 11 iunie 2014 al Direcţiei politici, strategii, proiecte şi managementul resurselor de apă,în baza prevederilor art. 3 alin. (6) din Planul naţional de protecţie a apelor subterane împotriva poluării şi deteriorării, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 53/2009, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 6 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 428/2013 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Departamentului pentru ape, păduri şi piscicultură, precum şi pentru modificarea şi completarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 48/2013 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Mediului şi Schimbărilor Climatice şi pentru modificarea unor acte normative în domeniul mediului şi schimbărilor climatice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul delegat pentru ape, păduri şi piscicultură emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă valorile de prag unice la nivel naţional, aplicabile tuturor corpurilor de ape subterane din România, prevăzute în anexa nr. 1. Articolul 2Se aprobă valorile de prag la nivelul corpurilor de ape subterane, aplicabile individual corpurilor de ape subterane din România, prevăzute în anexa nr. 2. Articolul 3Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 4Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Articolul 5La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin, Ordinul ministrului mediului nr. 137/2009 privind aprobarea valorilor de prag pentru apele subterane din România, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 170 din 18 martie 2009, se abrogă. NOTĂ: Valorile de prag pentru metalele Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Hg, Pb şi As se referă la concentraţia de substanţă dizolvată, şi anume la faza dizolvată a unui eşantion de apă obţinut prin filtrarea cu ajutorul unui filtru de 0,45 μm sau prin orice altă tratare anterioară echivalentă.
