Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare nr. 66.519/2012 al Direcţiei generale politici în sectorul vegetal şi al Agenţiei de Plăţi şi Intervenţie pentru Agricultură,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 725/2010 privind reorganizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, precum şi a unor structuri aflate în subordinea acestuia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul I Punctul 4.3 din Normele de aplicare a programelor de restructurare/reconversie a plantaţiilor viticole, derulate cu sprijin comunitar pentru campaniile 2008/2009-2013/2014, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale nr. 247/2008, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 355 din 8 mai 2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se abrogă.
