În temeiul art. 10 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 34/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul finanţelor publice emite următorul ordin: Articolul IÎn anexa la Ordinul ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 1.376/2016 privind tipurile de creanţe fiscale care pot fi plătite prin intermediul cardurilor bancare în sistem online prin intermediul Sistemului Naţional Electronic de Plăţi, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 614 din 10 august 2016, cu completările ulterioare, după categoria „Amenzi, penalităţi şi confiscări" se introduce o nouă categorie, categoria „Obligaţii fiscale de plată ale contribuabililor persoane fizice", având următorul cuprins:
