     In temeiul prevederilor Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2005 nr. 511/2004, cu modificarile ulterioare, ale Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 150/2002 privind organizarea si functionarea sistemului de asigurari sociale de sanatate, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, ale Hotararii Guvernului nr. 168/2005 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Sanatatii, cu modificarile ulterioare, ale Hotararii Guvernului nr. 52/2005 pentru aprobarea Contractului-cadru privind conditiile acordarii asistentei medicale in cadrul sistemului de asigurari sociale de sanatate pentru anul 2005, cu modificarile ulterioare,
     vazand Referatul de aprobare nr. E.N. 5.813/2005 si nr. D.G. 4.381/2005,
    
     ministrul sanatatii si presedintele Casei Nationale de Asigurari de Sanatate emit urmatorul ordin:
    
     Art. 1. - Tabelul din partea introductiva a anexei nr. II la Ordinul ministrului sanatatii si al presedintelui Casei Nationale de Asigurari de Sanatate nr. 55/42/2005 pentru aprobarea derularii programelor si subprogramelor de sanatate finantate din bugetul Fondului national unic de asigurari sociale de sanatate in anul 2005, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 128 din 10 februarie 2005, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica si se inlocuieste potrivit tabelului din anexa*) la prezentul ordin.

     Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
