Având în vedere art. 13 din Legea minelor nr. 85/2003, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 4 alin (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.419/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Resurse Minerale,preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Resurse Minerale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se aprobă Licenţa de dare în administrare nr. 14.009/2011 privind explorarea apei geotermale din perimetrul Tuşnad-Băi-Primărie, judeţul Harghita, încheiată între Agenţia Naţională pentru Resurse Minerale, în calitate de concedent, şi Consiliul Local Băile Tuşnad, în calitate de administrator.Articolul 2Se aprobă Licenţa de dare în administrare nr. 14.011/2011 privind explorarea apei minerale terapeutice din perimetrul Herculane Cerna, judeţul Caraş-Severin, încheiată între Agenţia Naţională pentru Resurse Minerale, în calitate de concedent, şi Consiliul Local Băile Herculane, în calitate de administrator.
