Având în vedere prevederile Legii nr. 245/2004 privind securitatea generală a produselor, republicată,în conformitate cu Decizia de punere în aplicare 2012/48/UE a Comisiei din 26 ianuarie 2012 de prelungire a valabilităţii Deciziei 2009/251/CE prin care se solicită statelor membre să se asigure că produsele care conţin produsul biocid dimetil fumarat nu sunt introduse sau puse la dispoziţie pe piaţă,în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 882/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor,preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor emite următorul ordin: Articolul IOrdinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor nr. 307/2009 privind adoptarea măsurilor prin care se asigură că produsele care conţin substanţa biocid dimetil fumarat nu sunt introduse sau puse la dispoziţie pe piaţă, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 278 din 28 aprilie 2009, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: – Articolul 4 va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 4Prezentul ordin se aplică până la data de 15 martie 2013. Articolul IIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor, Constantin Cerbulescu
