Văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale economice nr. Cs.A. 7.088,în temeiul prevederilor art. 28 alin. (2) şi (3) din Legea nr. 282/2005 privind organizarea activităţii de transfuzie sanguină, donarea de sânge şi componente sanguine de origine umană, precum şi asigurarea calităţii şi securităţii sanitare, în vederea utilizării lor terapeutice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă actualizarea tarifelor pentru analizele de laborator efectuate de către Institutul Naţional de Hematologie Transfuzională şi reţeaua de transfuzie sanguină, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă ordinul ministrului sănătăţii publice privind stabilirea tarifelor pentru analizele de laborator efectuate de către Institutul Naţional de Hematologie Transfuzională şi reţeaua de transfuzie sanguină. Articolul 3Institutul Naţional de Hematologie Transfuzională şi centrele de transfuzie sanguină judeţene şi al municipiului Bucureşti vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Articolul 4Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
