privind aprobarea statelor de functii si de personal pentru instantele militare

ACT EMIS DE: MINISTERUL APARARII

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 729 din 28 octombrie 2008



In conformitate cu prevederile art. 135 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 304/2004 privind organizarea judiciară, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 554/2006 privind stabilirea numărului maxim de posturi pentru instanţele militare,

în acord cu prevederile Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 83/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Justiţiei, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale Legii nr. 346/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Apărării,

ministrul justiţiei şi ministrul apărării emit următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă statele de funcţii şi de personal pentru instanţele militare, prevăzute în anexele nr. 1-6, care fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare la data publicării în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.

Art. 3. - Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Ordinul ministrului justiţiei nr. 2.004/C/2006 privind aprobarea statelor de funcţii şi de personal pentru instanţele militare, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 783 din 15 septembrie 2006.
