ORDONANTA DE URGENTA   Nr. 61 din 26 mai 2000

pentru aprobarea scutirii de la plata taxei pe valoarea adaugata a produselor de tehnica militara din import destinate inzestrarii Serviciului de Informatii Externe

    In temeiul art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei emite prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba scutirea de la plata taxei pe valoarea adaugata a produselor de tehnica militara din import destinate inzestrarii Serviciului de Informatii Externe, cu livrare in anul 2000, prevazute in contractele de import nominalizate in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.
    (2) Actualizarea anexei prin nominalizarea de noi contracte de import pentru produse de tehnica militara destinate inzestrarii Serviciului de Informatii Externe, cu livrari ce urmeaza sa fie efectuate in anul 2000, se face prin hotarare a Guvernului.
    Art. 2
    Importurile pentru care s-a aprobat scutirea de la plata taxei pe valoarea adaugata, prevazute la art. 1, se efectueaza prin Regia Autonoma "Romtehnica".
