ORDONANTA DE URGENTA Nr. 192 din 27 decembrie 2001
pentru ratificarea Protocolului referitor la definirea notiunii de
"produse originare" si metodele de cooperare administrativa, anexa la
Acordul european instituind o asociere intre Romania, pe de o parte, si
Comunitatile Europene si statele membre ale acestora, pe de alta parte

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 849 din 29 decembrie 2001
In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,
Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.
ARTICOL UNIC
(1) Se ratifica Protocolul*) referitor la definirea notiunii de
"produse originare" si metodele de cooperare administrativa, anexa la
Acordul european instituind o asociere intre Romania, pe de o parte, si
Comunitatile Europene si statele membre ale acestora, pe de alta parte.
(2) Prezentul protocol inlocuieste Protocolul nr. 4 privind definirea
notiunii de "produse originare" si metodele de cooperare
administrativa, anexa la Acordul european instituind o asociere intre Romania,
pe de o parte, si Comunitatile Europene si statele membre ale acestora, pe de
alta parte, ratificat prin Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 1/1997, publicata
in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 13 si 13 bis din 31 decembrie
1997, si aprobata prin Legea nr. 51/1997, cu toate amendamentele ulterioare.
