    Se aproba Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 12 din 1 martie 1999 privind schimbul terenului in suprafata de 5.000 mp, situat in soseaua Kiseleff, zona Piata Presei Libere, sectorul 1, Bucuresti - Romania, cu constructia si terenul aferent, situate in Dorotheenstrasse 62 - 66, Berlin - Republica Federala Germania, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 89 din 2 martie 1999.

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Senat in sedinta din 16 noiembrie 1999, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
