privind organizarea de catre Ministerul Muncii, Familiei si Egalitatii de Sanse din Romania a reuniunii Comitetului director al Organizatiei pentru Cooperare si Dezvoltare Economica (OCDE) - Programul pentru dezvoltare economica si ocupare la nivel local (LEED) si a Conferintei internationale „Intreprinderi sociale" la Bucuresti, in perioada 11-13 iunie 2007

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 4 alin. (5) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 80/2001 privind stabilirea unor normative de cheltuieli pentru autorităţile administraţiei publice şi instituţiile publice, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 247/2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă organizarea de către Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi Egalităţii de Şanse din România a reuniunii Comitetului director al Organizaţiei pentru Cooperare şi Dezvoltare Economică (OCDE) - Programul pentru dezvoltare economică şi ocupare la nivel local (LEED) şi a Conferinţei internaţionale „Intreprinderi sociale" la Bucureşti, în perioada 11-13 iunie 2007.

Art. 2. - Finanţarea activităţilor prevăzute la art. 1 se asigură în limita sumei de 105 mii lei din bugetul aprobat pe anul 2007 Ministerului Muncii, Familiei şi Egalităţii de Şanse, de la capitolul 68.01 „Asigurări şi asistenţă socială", titlul 20 „Bunuri şi servicii", conform devizului estimativ prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
