    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 851/1998 privind transmiterea, cu justa despagubire, a unui activ din patrimoniul Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti in patrimoniul Societatii Comerciale "Oltchim" - S.A. Ramnicu Valcea, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 461 din 2 decembrie 1998, se inlocuieste cu anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
