privind modificarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.490/2004 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare si functionare si a organigramei Inspectoratului General pentru Situatii de Urgenta

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.490/2004 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare si functionare si a organigramei Inspectoratului General pentru Situatii de Urgenta, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 884 din 28 septembrie 2004, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Articolul 30 din anexa nr. 1 "Regulament de organizare si functionare al Inspectoratului General pentru Situatii de Urgenta" va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 30
    Scoala de Aplicatie pentru Protectia Civila se reorganizeaza in Centrul National de Perfectionare a Pregatirii pentru Managementul Situatiilor de Urgenta, avand in subordine centre zonale, destinate perfectionarii personalului propriu, a inaltilor functionari publici si a functionarilor publici cu atributii de conducere din Sistemul National."
    2. Articolul 35 din anexa nr. 1 se abroga.
    3. Anexa nr. 2 "Organigrama Inspectoratului General pentru Situatii de Urgenta" se inlocuieste cu anexa*) la prezenta hotarare.
