pentru modificarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 326/2005 privind repartizarea pe unitati administrativ-teritoriale a sumelor defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adaugata pentru retehnologizarea, modernizarea si dezvoltarea sistemelor centralizate de producere si distributie a energiei termice

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 326/2005 privind repartizarea pe unitati administrativ-teritoriale a sumelor defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adaugata pentru retehnologizarea, modernizarea si dezvoltarea sistemelor centralizate de producere si distributie a energiei termice, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 380 din 5 mai 2005, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Articolul 1 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 1
    Se aproba repartizarea pe unitati administrativ-teritoriale a sumelor defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adaugata pentru retehnologizarea, modernizarea si dezvoltarea sistemelor centralizate de producere si distributie a energiei termice pe anul 2005, in valoare de 1.825,2 miliarde lei ROL (182.520 mii lei RON), potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare."
    2. Pozitia de la nr. crt. 17 din anexa va avea cuprinsul prevazut in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    3. Ultima pozitie din anexa, referitoare la totalul sumelor acordate conform prevederilor art. 27 alin. (2) din Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2005 nr. 511/2004, va avea urmatorul cuprins:
