    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, al art. 5 alin. (1) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 47/1998 privind constituirea si utilizarea Fondului special al aviatiei civile, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 212/2001, si al anexei nr. 3 la Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2005 nr. 511/2004,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Programul de actiuni si lucrari finantate din bugetul de stat in domeniul aviatiei civile, pentru anul 2005, prevazut in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Sinteza bugetului programului de actiuni si lucrari prevazut la art. 1, cu detalierea cheltuielilor pe capitole/subcapitole si titluri/alineate este prevazuta in anexa nr. 3/24/07a la bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor, Constructiilor si Turismului, aprobat prin Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2005 nr. 511/2004.
