    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea, fara plata, a imobilului situat in municipiul Drobeta-Turnu Severin, str. Aurelian nr. 52, judetul Mehedinti, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din patrimoniul Societatii Comerciale "Cicero" - S.A. in proprietatea publica a statului si in administrarea Regiei Autonome "Rasirom".
    Art. 2
    Capitalul social al Societatii Comerciale "Cicero" - S.A. se diminueaza, iar patrimoniul Regiei Autonome "Rasirom" se majoreaza, in mod corespunzator, cu valoarea de inventar a imobilului prevazut la art. 1.
    Art. 3
    Predarea-preluarea imobilului se face prin protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 15 zile.
