cheltuieli pe anul 2009 al Administratiei Nationale a Imbunatatirilor Funciare,
aflata sub autoritatea Ministerului Agriculturii, Padurilor si Dezvoltarii Rurale
ACT EMIS DE:

MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 682 din 12 octombrie 2009
In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, cu completările ulterioare, al art. 74 lit. I) din Legea îmbunătăţirilor
funciare nr. 138/2004, republicată, şi al art. 61 din Legea nr. 500/2002
privind finanţele publice, cu modificările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. I. -Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 496/2009
pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2009 al
Administraţiei Naţionale a Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea
Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial
al României, Partea I, nr. 301 din 7 mai 2009, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu
anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. II. - Sumele angajate, lichidate, ordonanţate în
cadrul prevederilor bugetare aprobate în anul 2008 Administraţiei Naţionale a
Imbunătăţirilor Funciare şi nedecontate până la data de 31 decembrie 2008, în
limita sumei de 47,2 milioane lei, se vor plăti din prevederile bugetare
aprobate Ministerului Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale în anul
2009 la capitolul 83.01 „Agricultură, Silvicultură şi Vânătoare", titlul
40 „Subvenţii", art. 40.03 „Subvenţii pentru acoperirea diferenţelor de
preţ şi tarif".
