In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic.-Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 437/2005    României, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, privind aprobarea Listei cu substanţele active autorizate pentru    nr. 446 din  26  mai  2005,  cu  modificările şi  completările utilizare în  produse de  protecţie a  plantelor pe teritoriul    ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

Alimentar şi Sănătatea Animală la 28 noiembrie 2003.

In această evaluare globală, Comisia

Naţională de Omologare a Produselor de Protecţie a Plantelor trebuie să acorde o atenţie deosebită:

- protejării organismelor acvatice, în special a peştilor;

- protejării artropodelor terestre şi a râmelor.

Dacă este cazul, condiţiile de omologare trebuie să includă măsuri de reducere a riscurilor.

Comisia Naţională de Omologare a Produselor de Protecţie a Plantelor informează Comisia Europeană cu privire la specificaţiile materialului tehnic, aşa cum a fost produs în scopuri comerciale, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 292 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr.1.559/2004 privind procedura de omologare a produselor de protecţie a plantelor în vederea plasării pe piaţă şi a utilizării lor pe teritoriul României, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare."

2.   La numărul curent 176 (Nicosulfuron), în coloana „Puritate" (4), textul „>930 g/kg" se înlocuieşte cu textul „910 g/kg".

3.  La numărul curent 213 (Trichoderma asperellum), în coloanele „Denumire comună, numere de identificare" (2) şi „Prevederi specifice" (7), se înlocuieşte denumirea „T11" a tulpinii de Trichoderma asperellum cu denumirea „T 25".

Prezenta hotărâre transpune prevederile următoarelor directive, care modifică anexa I la Directiva Consiliului 91/414/CEE privind plasarea pe piaţă a produselor de protecţie a plantelor, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Comunităţilor Europene (JOCE) seria L, nr. 230 din 19 august 1991: Directiva Comisiei 2009/25/CE de modificare a Directivei Consiliului 91/414/CEE în ceea ce priveşte extinderea utilizării substanţei active piraclostrobin, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene (JOUE) seria L, nr. 91 din 3 aprilie 2009, Directiva Comisiei 2009/51/CE de modificare a Directivei Consiliului 91/414/CEE în ceea ce priveşte specificaţiile substanţei active nicosulfuron, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene (JOUE) seria L, nr. 127 din 26 mai 2009, şi Rectificare la Directiva Comisiei 2008/113/CE de modificare a Directivei Consiliului 91/414/CEE în vederea includerii mai multor microorganisme ca substanţe active, publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene (JOUE) seria L, nr. 111 din 5 mai 2009.
