HOTARARE   Nr. 83 din 19 ianuarie 2006

privind transmiterea, cu titlu gratuit, a unor bunuri intrate in proprietatea privata a statului

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 80 din 30 ianuarie 2006



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 13 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 128/1998 pentru reglementarea modului şi condiţiilor de valorificare a bunurilor confiscate sau intrate, potrivit legii, în proprietatea privată a statului, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se atribuie, cu titlu gratuit, doamnei Greceanu Maria bunuri în valoare de 1.920,52 lei (RON), conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, intrate în proprietatea privată a statului, potrivit legii, aflate în evidenţele Direcţiei Generale a Finanţelor Publice a Municipiului Bucureşti.

Art. 2. - Predarea-preluarea bunurilor atribuite potrivit art. 1 se face pe bază de proces-verbal încheiat între Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice a Municipiului Bucureşti şi doamna Greceanu Maria, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
